Summary: My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Tom's rental property. Tom met us at the front door on arrival to hand us the keys and go over the condo/association rules. He took the time to answer our questions and address our needs in a timely fashion. For example, our guest shower unfortunately had a leak, but Tom quickly set up a professional to come and fix the leak. His communication was prompt. This property is located in Bratenahl, a very affluent part of Cleveland. Neighbors are very friendly and courteous. We enjoyed walking our dog on the association grounds and up and down the main street of Lakeshore Blvd. There was also a very large and well maintained dog park less than 2 miles away. Tom's condo was very spacious to fit our needs but still felt cozy. It comes with an attached 2-car garage for you to use. It is just minutes away from downtown and freeway access is very convenient. There are several metroparks nearby and are worth checking out. Lake Erie is accessible at Euclid Beach Park just 2.5 miles away.
